SOURCE: Fault code P1000 [18,2,10,0],Ford Fiesta 2005

P1000 means that you or someone has disconnected the battery, and the car has not been driven far / long enough for the computer to relearn its stratagies.
Engine light could be the fault of the speed sensor, or wiring to the sensor.

2005 Ford Freester engine running but will not drive code P1000. what is the cause of this?

The P1000 code is telling you that the diagnostics scan on van was not completed after initial scan codes were cleared and/or battery was disconnected. You will need a new scan to help pinpoint the problem which seems to possibly be a transmission sensor issue. Hope this helps-please update

2005 Ford Freester engine running but will not drive code P1000

P1000 fault code is a misnomer because it is not really a fault code. When this code is flashed in your dash panel, it just shows that the reset cycle of your engine computer is not completed yet. Normally, if you are resetting the code, you would disconnect the battery (-) terminal for 1 minute and reconnect. However, on some engines like Ford, the previous code is not totally erased yet so that this P1000 code will show up.

My car won't start and is showing a p1000 code . What does this mean?

P1000 is a manufacturer specific fault code:

Ford P1000: OBDII Monitor Testing Not Complete.
Jaguar P1000: Engine control module (ECM) - internal error.
Kia P1000: System diagnosis incomplete.
Land Rover P1000: Engine control module (ECM) memory erased - no codes stored.
Mazda P1000: OBDII Drive Cycle Malfunction.

So depending on the manufacturer of your car would depend on the meaning of a P1000 code!

Fiesta duratec 2005 Abs warning light on

Whenever the ABS module turns on the ABS light in the dash it is to alert you to the fact that a fault has occurred in the ABS system and the control module has turned off the ABS brake control, you now have regular non ABS brakes. The waring light will stay on until the fault is corrected. Since a large number of problems would cause this you must get the control module scanned to retrieve the fault code that was set in the control modules memory when it turned on the light. Once the fault code is known the process of diagnosis and repair can begin.

Please note the car is ia fiesta not focus( it is not listed in the listing) ford fiesta 1.4 petrol year 52 engine failure / rebuild head various dtc faults cleared ignition is coming on but car...

The code U1262 point out a communication fault between the vehicle modules and a scanner. It may be best to visit your local dealer to find if one of the vehicles control modules has failed. In some cases this can be as simple as a blown fuse, but there is always a reason for a fuse to blow
and a oil sending circuit fail. would need to be tested.
P1000 DTC code is a manufacturer specific trouble code. your code reader is not reading or communicating correctly you will need to check the fuses for all the modules and check the connections on the plugs and the units to check the modules to see if they have good contact. also check the main earth from the battery to the shell and make sure the contact is good.
