Have you checked the oil level? Any lack of power when light comes on? Any smoke?

SOURCE: Oil light flashing & beeping

This usually indicates that the oil pressure is low, but you need to get it checked out whether it's just a pressure sensor fault or connection issue, or it actually has got low oil pressure. The last one is the most concerning, because it could be causing internal damage if there is not enough oil pressure. Hopefully with a relatively late model car it will just be a sensor issue, but I would get it checked out ASAP, and preferably not use the car in the meantime.
Hope this helps, Mark.

SOURCE: red oil light flashing, oil change no problem but

Yes it is related, don't drive it. First thing you should do is install a new oil filter even if it isn't time for an oil change.

Coolant is low enough to trigger the sensor. There's a pressure leak somewhere in the system. The sensor is faulty.

Why does oil light turn red and beeps when stooping at light and then comes on and beeps continuesly after driving awhile on my 2002 Volkswagon Beetle Turbo S?

First check the oil level. pull out dipstick with engine off, wipe, and re-"dip" it to see . If the level is O.K., it may be serious . See a mechanic.

My daughter has a 2000 VW Beetle and the ABS light has been going on and off for some time and once in awhile the brake light flashes and beeps. This seems to happen more often after she has been dri

Why are your using it-- for some time ?

When you start the motor or drive, and any dash light
comes on, you have problems & stop using it, & have it
checked for codes, to see the system with the fault, & get
it diagnosed & repaired, not continue to use it, & possibly
do damage to something

Flashing top light 2008 vw convertible

Make sure you hear the beep after the top is down. The beep indicates the top is in full resting position. If you don't hold the button until you hear the beep, the light will continue to flash.

Just had my 2000 Beetle in for a general tune up - nothing wrong - and now the coolant light is beeping and flashing red. Is it safe to drive it back to the mechanic?

All VW engines need to have the cooling system bled of all air after refilling.its safe as long as you dont hear any stange noises and you carry a bottle of water after youve checked its full.

Emergency brake light beeps and flashes at random

it would appear one of 2 things, the plug has come off the brake switch, {under dash} or the wire has been severed and is touching the body hence the light flashing and beeping. Only an inspection can resolve this issue. Good luck

You could be low on coolant, or your coolant is running hotter than normal
