Do you know what the fuel pressure is at idle and cruise speed ?
Any vac leaks ?
The code means that more than one cylinder has lost power and not the same one every time. Could be injector problems or fuel pressure or cam-valves among other things.

Gm code po300

This is a misfire code. Start with the basics, fuel filter, spark plugs, vacuum leaks, wires etc. If after checking/changing necessary parts, if problem persists you will need to go deeper as in coils and computer controlled parts such as map sensor, maf sensor

I have a code po1111 in my 2003 nissan altima and po300 and it runs bad

P0300: Random / multiple cylinders misfire.

P0111: Intake Air Temperature Sensor. But sometimes this code comes up if you got a dirty air filter/Defective Mass air flow too.

But first you have to do is check the misfiring first and see if you need new spark plug or plug wires. Good luck bro

Truck misses after it is warmed up.

Start with a tune up, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, air filter and that might cure the PO300B code, hope this helps, Gary
