Once the fuel pump was replaced, the chances are the released dirt particles from the fuel pump lines went to the fuel filter and clogged it. Change the fuel filter.
check plug for fuel pump in harness near gas tank for corrosion and it may also have seoerated wire where it comes out of connecter the seperation may be from pulling on wires when pump replaced insulation may look alright because it streaches.
Did you try to replace the starter cable? is the Truck turning over or just clicking.? If it's turning over and not starting. Best guess would be one of two things. Knock sensors Located under intake manifold. they get wet and deteriorate or the fuel pump. I've replaced all three on mine. 233k still running strong...
