Replacing supercharger belt
Follow run of the belt, there is an idler/tensioner some are spring loaded other`s are manual adjust release the belt tension ,slide off belt.Reverse procedure to fit new one......

on some of the 3.8 you do have to remove the motor mount,there is no way around it. It is not as bad as it sounds.

SOURCE: Serpentine belt
You do not need to remove the mount, but one of the bolts on the lower portion of it. You will need to remove the 15mm nut, then the stud comes out with a reverse torx bit. The collar in between the mount will come out with some work. Then you can remove the belt with the mount still in place.

You need to remove the mount, no other way to get the belt on, Labor time is over 1 hour for someone that has done them before.
