Question about 1999 Suzuki Esteem

1999 suzuki esteem, loses power, spudders, shudders, wont go

Ok, so I go out to go to the store one day and the car is acting funny. Like it has no get up and go, just weak. I put her in drive and she crawled. I had to go down the road to turn around to go home and I had her floored and she was creeping.
Next morning, she's fine. Husband says, hooray!
I go out shopping one day and I go to get in the car and whenever I go to back up she freezes. I turn her on and she spudders and shudders like a car that is idling bad and if you dont rev. it at a stop it will die out.
Next day, it's fine. Husband says, hooray!
Then one afternoon I get a call from him saying to send a tow truck. Husband isnt saying hooray anymore.
We were told it was the catalitic converter. He let a neighbor punch it out. Not fixed. Then he let's the same neighbor (who btw couldnt find the spark plugs and refused to listen when I showed him where they were) change the spark plugs, still not fixed.
We've been told it could be both o2 sensors need changing. Dirty EGR valve. Clogged fuel injector.....
Any help here?
Thanks

It might be that your spark plug wires are leaking current. The current that is supposed to go to your plug is going to the engine block or other wires. Start your car and open the hood in a dark place and look for little sparks coming from the outside of your wires. Replace if you see any.

O2 sensors are going to set off your trouble light if they are giving you trouble. So will a dirty EGR valve (after fifty miles of dirtiness).

Have a Suzuki Baleno 2002 and once in 2/3 days the engine loses power when in low gear but becomes ok in a few minutes . the engine check light does not go on,i have changed the plugs and the fuel filter...

I would try a good fuel system cleaner in the tank. Go to the auto store and purchase a can of spray throttle body cleaner. Remove the intake air tube open the throttle body flap and wash all the black gunk off of the flap and out of the intake system.

I have a suzuki esteem 1999 I had my neighbor put mu oil in and noe my stick is saying its over and my car now is acting funny, does anyone know if this would cause problems and if so what would it do

Did the neighbor perform an oil change or just add oil to the engine. It's not good to overfill with oil. You can have someone drain a little oil, but that's going to get real messy. If I were you i would take the car to someplace like Jiffy Lube, or Firestone tire store and have the oil and filter changed. It may cost you $40, but might save you a big repair job later on because of the overfill.
