The blower motor resistor is the component directly responsible for controlling the blower motor fan speed. If the resistor shorts or fails, it may cause the blower motor to remain stuck on one fan speed.
hi the resistor is on the casing of the blower motor housing you need to take out the glove box to get access to it usually held in with two hex screws hope this helps
Hi, I have a ford fiesta w reg. When I put the heater on, after about 10 minites it blows the resister and stops the windows and indicaters working. I thought if I could take the blower out and check it. The problem is I dont know how to. Is it possoible you could advice me.
