SOURCE: broken trunk release button

I purchased a Chiltons through www.eautorepair.net and looked up the Relay for the trunk release button on the dash. I found the location under the fuse panel under the drivers side and found the relay was not pluged in. I conected the relay and to my dismay the button worked.

SOURCE: replace broken fuel door 2000 dodge caravan

If you're on the smallish side and pretty limber, you might avoid removing the rear wheel. If not, you will likely need to remove the rear wheel and put the van on jack stands securely. I would remove the underside splash shield and gain access from underneath. It looks like you will need to unscrew the plastic insert that surrounds the filler neck inside the area that is exposed when you open the fuel door. Make sure you get the vent hooked up correctly when you are done.

I have an 2003 dodge grand caravan. It has an leak on the drivers side down by the gas. What could this be?

When you say you have a leak, you need to be specific. What is leaking, gas, coolant, rainwater, oil. When you say down by the gas, are you talking gas tank, gas pedal, fuel door release?

Some of us are good and really want to help, but we aren't mind readers, so you have to give us as much specific information that you can.

the filter is located on the fuel tank on top towards the centre(the passenger side) of the car and you should be able to see were the fuel lines connect to it.the tank will have to be lowered just enough to get to it to release the fuel lines from the filter to change it.

I need pics of how to change a fuel pump in a 1992 dodge caravan...ty...

  1. Release fuel system pressure.
  2. Fuel tank must be removed prior to fuel pump service.
  3. Using a hammer and a brass drift, carefully tap the fuel pump lock-ring counter-clockwise to release the fuel pump.
  4. Remove the fuel pump and its O-ring from the fuel tank, and discard the old O-ring.

Dodge caravan sliding doors

First, keep in mind that as you begin to remove these doors you run the risk of causing serious scratches to the paint and glass, so put some masking tape and/or plastic sheeting around both sides of the door (rear quarter panel and rear glass, front door and front door glass)
I would get a Haynes repair guide since that's what I have to work from and it will tell you step by step with pictures, what to do. It's not hard, but you need to get all of the attach points unhooked to be successful. Suggest you have a helper working with you to keep the door steady.
