Started the Bravada this morning it was about -6 the car ran for about 10 minute then staled. Cranks over but dos not start.
The car has 156,000 miles I bought it used no record of fuel filter or fuel pump being changed.

Take a rubber hammer beat on the fuel tank if it starts it is the fuel . My bravada did the same thing and it was the fuel pump in the tank

I have try ed to change the fuel filter, the fiting seam to rusted. I hear nothing when I turn on the key coming from the gas tank.
ok, now check the fuse for the fuel pump,if it is good, then the fuel pump is no good
This is where you use prossess of elimination, change the fuel filter, if that does't work, turn key to on and listen for the fuel pump,
if that is working you will hear a whirring noise, if it is working have the crank and cam shaft position sensors checked, also check coil, coil packs for spark.
Car is hard to start when stop after a short run and in the morning.
