SOURCE: No timeing marks on a chevy 383 stroker engine

you could bring it up on tdc on comp stroke and make your own mark on crank pulley and block then at least you know where tdc is and google some 383's that have close to same equip as you and see what degree they are running or just play with it and see how it runs .

Where is the Hazzard flasher found in a 2008 Chevy Cobalt?

My searches indicate that it is not in the fuse box where it should be. The flasher relay is shown under the left side of the dash console, but then I found this.

The Chevy cobalt does not have a flasher relay, the cobalt turn signals are fully solid state and run through the PCM (powertrain control module) in the car, the sound comes from your speaker in the front left.

There is no ignition timing to set on these later model cars. The spark is controlled by sensors and the engines computer which will pulse the injectors and ignition coils. What kind of problem are you having?
