Question about 1994 Buick Century
The pulley has three holes in it. After you remove the serpentine belt, you can rotate the pulley until one of the holes lines up with one of the three bolts holding the pump on. You will need a socket wrench with an extension to reach the bolt, and probably an open-end wrench to hold the nut from spinning as you remove the bolt.
