If you preformed a tune up I would change the wires too. wires build up resistance as time goes on, and with the replacement of new plugs the resistance is too high so you are having intermittent misfires

that could be a bad tire or an out of balance wheel the firs thing i would do is get a new/used tire from the local junk yard and see if that fixes it if not try a wheel from the junk yard or you could just put the/a full size spare on it i believe that should fix it let me know hopfully this helps
-Run the car to temperature. -Unplug the spark plug wire One At A time. You'll notice witch one misdfire. (Carefull it's very hight voltage!!. Need leather glove!) Q: How do I know it misfire or not...? A: After unplung EACH PLUH WIRE if the engine Not change any thing. That is the one misefire. -After locate it. Tur engine off Check for crack or broken wire or bad plug. Don't see any thing...? Now take hook it to a spare spak plug and click the plug's body to ground and start the car. Next step do compression test. If all are good then check injector specification.
You don't need to change the spark plugs since it has only 31.5 K. The plugs should last 60K.
There is a an adjustment at the gas cable end at engine to increase the idle a little bit. You can increase rpm at idle to 600 RPM. Since your RPM at idle is low that why it is shaking at idle, red lights.
Let me know it it is shaking at high speed ( 2500 RPM)
