SOURCE: Handbreak light and stop light with a beep

Check the switch on your handbrake to see if it is loose or has been moved. They are usually somewhere close to the handle under your hand brake boot.

How do I fix starting problem in Megane 2004 1.6 16v

Sounds as though there is a charging problem with the car. It starts when battery fully charged but when the charge is low it fails to start. I would get a mechanic to connect his meter to the battery and see if it is charging as it should. It is also possible that something is draining the battery when not in use. Check interior lights are going out when parked up, nothing is plugged into cigarette lighter outlets attached to sat nav etc., things like that.

Fusion 1.4 tdi starts then dies,

the fuel pipes the hand primer is built in to rubs through slighty so much so that it is very hard to find, allowing air in but not fuel out making the engine hard to start, not start or feel lumpy. common fault on all these engines fixed by replacing the pipe system. used pipes are not advised as it is common and they could be the same or simply wont last long.

Location of crank sensor on renault megane 1.6, 2004

bit confused...the cranksensor will be on the gearbox housing the camsensor will be near the cams not the gearbox if the camsensor has packed up it wont start but if it packs up while driving the engine will run untill you stop it then it wont start,a cranksensor could cause the engine to stop at anytime if it fails..your problem could be the idle air control valve or a timing related issue..
