Question about 1995 Jeep Wrangler
All other lights work interior and exterior, including high beam light indicator when they are on.
Check your instrument panel, dashboard light, and interior light fuses.

Dash lights are fed through the headlight switch. If the headlights work, then you could have a bad switch. Before you go replacing the switch, get a wiring manual for the car and see if you are getting 12v at the wire that supplies the dash lights. I forgot the color of it.

Look for fuse panel under or either side of dash. Another location may be similar in engine bay.
Fuses probably labelled. Available at motor shops, garages etc.
If out of your experience then probably not expensive to ask auto electrician where to look. Many are cooperative and may tell over the phone or counter.
