Headliner on my sunroof has fallen down. It is a 2009 Lincoln MKX. How do I fix it?

You will need to remove the entire headliner, being careful not to crack the foam it is constructed. You will need to remove all the plastic door pillar covers, any clothes hangers, the dome light, etc.
You can purchase headliner fabric and adhesive at most fabric stores. The personnel there will assist you in getting the correct adhesive. You must remove all the old headliner fabric and backing pad material to get to the foam core for installation of the new headliner fabric. Lay out the fabric and cut it to size, allowing for some overlap in case you err slightly when positioning it. You will apply the adhesive to the foam core and to the back of the headliner fabric. It is a contact-type cement. Carefully position the fabric over the foam core and work from the center out to position it, being careful not to trap wrinkles or to stretch the fabric excessively. Trim off the excess and reinstall headliner.

Which Door is best UPVC doors or wooden Doors ?

Wooden doors need maintenance regularly because they have poor insulation & also a poor conductor of heat. Other than UPVC windows are more environmentally friendly with elegant looks. UPVC windows and doors use international quality hardware that allows ease of use. So I think UPVC windows & doors are better than wooden doors. If you want to know more difference visit here

How do i remove all of the old fabric &foam off of the backer board?

use a heat gun to heat {not toast} and this will soften the glue, be careful with your hands because that hot glue makes you scream if you get it on you, you can use a paint thinner to disolve the left over foam as long as the backing board is timber and NOT plastic. if your going to recover it, use an abrasive paper to scour it for a really good bond. Good luck

Find where the switch button contacts the door and using hot glue or double-sided foam tape, glue a penny to the door contact spot. That should push the switch button a little more. If no help, try the same thing on the passenger door. Hope that helps.
