SOURCE: 95 honda accord v6 tach
On your HOnda accord V6.
The rpm is generated from the Distributor.
The more possible problem for erratic RPM is the cam sensor inside of the Distributor. But I guess you can't buy just the sensor.
And can afect the engine performance.
OK. I hope this information work for you.
I work on cars everyday. Thank you for use fixya.

A 41 error is your throttle positioning sensor, its a electrical sensor hooked to your injectors telling them how much gas/air to be releasing as u accelerate/deccelerate. Best and only way to fix it is to buy a new sensor. Then reset the cars computer at a diagnostics shop for little or no cost.

The door panel is held on by plastic clips.. first check behind the door handle and see if there are bolts or screws there. then start on the bottom and pry the panel loose starting on bottom of panel and then going up the sides with a flat blade screw driver. once you have gotten sides and bottom loose pickup on the door panel to release it from the window ledge this is how the top is held in place.. holler if you need more info .. possibly your power window regulator is out. basically check the fuses first to make sure you have not blown that, if it is good, then you can order a new window regulator from the dealer or online @ autopartswarehouse.com. to replace the window regulator you will need to will need to remove the door panel, start with the screws on the handle and the arm rest, covered with a plastic cap. the door panel which can be pryed from the bottom with a flat blade screw driver or flat pry bar, it will make a snapping sound. three bolts on the regulator 4 bolts on the window tracks and 2 bolts securing the window, re assemble as you have taken apart, Good Luck!!
