Question about 1999 Subaru Forester
The rpm's are at 3000 at the first attempt and then decline to 1000 rpm's there after. The car turns over and starts fine and then dies.
Check for a vac leak around the intake to manfold do this with cab cleaner spray around the intake and look to see if the idel change also check the lower half of the pcv tube hopely this get u going in the right way sounds liike a vac leak some where
