Water pump on a 2002 chrysler sebring and now am ready to put the timing belt on , when i took the old belt off both the cam gears turned slightly towards each other , please help , thank you

first up --is the timing belt going back in the same direction you took it off
if you don't know then get a new belt as an old belt running in the wrong direction to which it was running will fail very quickly and if that happens there is valve bending problems
next the timing marks face each other exactly( 9 and 3 oclock)

1995 audi 90 2.8 broken timing belt it did not bend the values but I need to know how to set the timing

If you will fix it yourself. Than you need to know that it isn't so easy.
First of all you need to find marks on wheels where you need to put the new belt in place. Best way is to put it on and with hands make engine go around few times and you will understand that it is ok. If the valves doesn't hit the engine inside that it is all good.
But of course best is to set the time belt right in first time.

I need timing belt marks for new timing belt on a 1994 Toyota Camry LE 2.2L 4 cylinder

Firstly the no.1 piston should be at TDC (compression).

The upper camshaft sprocket has a smaller hole in the web. This should be lined up exactly with the TDC timing mark behind it on the cam bearing cap. In this position it will be vertically upwards.

At the same time the notch in the crankshaft pulley timing flange should be opposite the 0 degrees mark on the timing marks on the front of the lower belt cover.

You need to find the timing marks on both crank and cam pulleys, set it, then take of the belt ane dont let any pulley move! Put on new belt and set the tension of the belt.

Broken timing belt need to know if it bent any valves

The only ways that I know of is to either take apart the valves and check them, or put in the new timing belt and start it up and listen to the valve train. If the timing belt broke under power there is a good chance of valve damage.

93 Ranger 2.3L timing belt

You do not have to remove the actual sprocket to install the timing belt only the balancer/lower pulley. Just push the tensioner all the way to the pass. side and install your belt, and release the tensioner.
