Question about 2008 Nissan Rogue

Open Question

I have a 2008 nissan altima the heater blower will not come on when its first cranked. it will start blowing only after you start driving a few miles. Also the tuning buttons on the radio will not work but all the other radio buttons do even the ones on the steering. Just did not know if the two problems were related.

SOURCE: Nissan Altima no cool air blowing or hot air blowing

Hi!
It appears we have an Air lock scenario and you will need to perform a system Bleed.
Park the vehicle on level ground, when cold remove coolant filler cap, start engine and leave to idle, turn heater on full and blower to max. When engine reaches operating temperature watch and listen near coolant filler, keep clear as gurgling and hopefully a boil over should occur. Top up with very warm coolant and wait as it may do it again.
Check for heat inside vehicle if warm replace coolant cap but keep an eye on temperature gauge as the ~Air lock may have moved on from heater matrix/core so proceedure needs to be carried out again from COLD.

All you really need is a good set of spark plugs, this car has coil packs so no plug wires distributor caps etc.....Just remove the coil packs and install your plugs and your done. Good luck.

A/C Heater Blower Motor for 2010 Nissan Altima, was making a noise for a few weeks and then just stopped blowing.

sounds like a mouse attack to me. mice get into the heater vents and blower motor cage and make nests. those can throw your blower motor out of balance, thus resulting in the noise and then the motor just gets jammed and stops operation. but it could be just the blower motor failure it self. have it checked.

I have a 2008 Nissan Altima Coupe, When I turn on the AC, it starts to blow for a few minutes and then cut off. After a while when I turn it on it will now come on, then 20 minutes later it starts blowing...

It's probably the motor in this case. Here is an easy test to verify: remove the glovebox, take the connector off the blower and probe it with a voltmeter. Turn the key on and switch the control through the speeds. The voltage should change, increasing to 12.5 vdc on the high setting.
If it does, replace the motor. If it doesn't, the problem may be the relay. The relay is in the fuse box under the hood. An easy way to check it is to swap it with another relay that you know is good--like the horn relay. Then try the AC again.
If none of this works, the problem may be the controller.

2008 nissan altima coupe the ac blower comes on then it turns off

Sounds like you have a bad connection at the blower motor plug. Have you checked under the glove box where the blower motor is? Usually has a big plug with 2 heavy gauge wires. that might be melted or getting a bad connection. Try holding the plug to one side or wiggle it to see if turns off blower. If not, check your resistor that controls your fan speed, located near the fan on your a/c ducts. Usually has a plug with 4 0r 5 wires held up by 2 screws. The wires are heavy gauge as well

2002 Nissan Altima - the heater only works if I go over 35mph. It blows very cold air if I'm stopped at a stop sign or a light.

You could have a head gasket problem that will destroy your cat and 02 sensors. BUT without spending much cash reverse flush your heater core internally first. If this doesn't work I've seen little friends make nests inside the blower motor housing. Take out glove box then drop down blower housing. Vacuum and blow out housing and reach in and clean externally the heater core. Both jobs will take inexperienced folk 4 hours. If this doesn't fix the be prepared to open up your wallet.

It is very possible you blew a fuse. There are two 15 amp fuses for the blower motor, make sure you check both of them.
