Could be the piston sticking in the brake caliber, check brake pads first for wear, maybe remove and reinstall and push piston out with clamp a little, may be stuck.

check the brake flex hose on that side for an internal problem with it like separating and not allowing the fluid to return/release.

Right front brake keeps freezing up - I've replaced pads & caliper & had rotors turned. Any suggestions?

Replace the brake hose. Could be a proportioning valve also(close to the brake master cylinder). I replace all the hose. One is bad the rest are close behind.

If the lights are working then I suggest you check the fuses. These can work loose and the the management system will come on. Try changing them in case they are faulty.

Right rear brakes keeps messing up on a 1998 Chrysler Cirrus, we keep buying new right rear brakes about every two months or less. Can you help us out?

You have to make sure the brake system is operating properly.Change both rear brakes it sounds like the left rear brake side is not working making the right side wear out so quick. After changing the back brakes bleed them making sure you have no air in your brake lines.start bleeding them from the left rear to the right rear to the left front to right front to master cylinder.

Right front brake caliper freezes up on occassion

You either need to rebuild it correctly, or replace it - which is the most common thing to do. Since you probably have crud in it, you may have the other side crud up as well, so the best thing to do would be to change both. -or redo both brakes on the front end. Hope this helps, Rick
