Good Evening, the first thing to check since you changed all the rest I would ask if you have checked fuel pressure. If you have not yet, just try spraying a little starting fluid into the throttle body once you remove the air cleaner. and if it starts there is a good chance your fuel pump went out, or the relay. Hope this points you in the right direction.

Car turns over but wont start. I changed the spark plugs and wires, the distributor cap, fuel pump but it still wont start. seems to be getting worse not better.

I REMEMBER WORKING ON THE EARLY 80S MODEL CARS.I WOULD SCAN IT.IF YOU GET CODE 55 YOUR PCM FAULTY.IF YOU GET CODE 12 NO DISTRIBUTOR REFERENCE PULSES TO ECM OR PCM. POSSIBLE CAUSE OPEN IGNITION COIL OR BAD PICK UP COIL OR IGNITION MODULE.
