Sprayed my tensioner pully with a lubercant about 15miles of driving after my van started looseing acceleration while the rpm stayed the same as if I was still going 60did I possibly ruin a censor

Don't spray any pulleys or the serpentine belt with any spray lubricant as you will just cause the belt to pick up lubricant and slip on all the pulleys it is running on.
Whatever lubricant is left on the surfaces you sprayed clean it off.

No you will not have damaged a sensor.

A little movement is normal,
a lot of movement can cause fuses to blow, or burn up things like computer, radio, and backup camera. It should 've no more than 14.5 volts. Also look tension on pulley to loose can give same results.

What is pully below a/c compressor

what car/truck? Serpentine belt vehicles have an IDLER pulley which may become squeeky when the bearing looses its lubrication. Ford used their alternator bearing on many applications, but you would have to have it pressed out and a new one in. The complete pulley and bearing can be purchased.

Trying to find procedures for a 2001 bmw z3 3.0 water pump replacement

to start you will need a 32 mm wrench and long narrow flathead to remove the fan blade, looking at the motor is releases the the right, spin off the blade and remove along with fan shroud for accesabilty, loosten the 4 10mm nuts on the water pump pully before removing the belt as bekt will hold tension but dont fully remove the bolts just release a couple of turnsuse a 16mm socket or a 8mm hex key to remove the alternator w/p belt,no need to remove fully, there will be either a hex head for a socket on the belt tensioner and if not pop off the plastic cover on the front of the pully to reveal a hex key bolt, once the belt is off remove the 4 w/p pully bolts, if the pully doesnt come right off lubricate with penetrating oil and tap lightly with a hammer while spinning it slowly and it will release, now that the pully is removed you can now see 4 10mm nuts hold on the w/p.remove the nuts and spray aroung the pump with wd40,you can try to pull and wiggle on the pump, if it doesnt come out you must obtain 2 bolts that will fit to the sides of the pump, you will see two thread holes that are empty, when you thread a bolt through with even tension on l and r sides the w/p will begin to pull away from the block. Once the pump is out lubricate the new pumps o ring with coolant to help slide it in, push in the new pump and re assemble in reverse,to fill the cooling system open the phillips screw on the overflow expansion tank, fill system with a 50=50 mixture of coolant until coolant comes through the bleeder screw with no bullbles, close the blleder screw and run the car at idle with the windsheild defroster on and heat at full. monitor the coolant level until it has sufficient flow and close cap,you can have a friend rev the engine to about 2000 rpm for this, road test the car and allow to cool, re check for leaks and fluid level when cold again to ensure repairs are correct
