Iam trying to find the fuel purge relay on the truck

It is located under the rear seat. There are two levers at the edge of the seat. Pull them up and the seat will pop up and out. You'll see the wiring that leads directly to the fuel pump.-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Is this for the Montana, and are you talking about the fuel pump relay ? ? The engine computer controls the relay.

code PO171 fuel trim system lean bank 1 conditions.possible causes air leaks in intake manifold exhaust pipes or exhaust manifold. fuel control sensor is out of calibration such as ECT IAT MAF.fuel component faulty like stopped up fuel filter fuel injectors clogged low fuel pressure faulty fuel pump. HO2S element contaminated or has failed. purge solenoid is part of EVAP system. if you have faulty purge solenoid you would get code like PO443 meaning evaporative emission control system purge control valve circuit malfunction.try replacing fuel filter clean fuel injectors see what happens.

Possible Causes:


Charcoal canister is damaged, clogged or restricted.Purge solenoid control circuit open, shorted to ground or power.Purge solenoid power circuit is open (check the relay or fuse).Purge valve vacuum line is clogged or contains water or debris.Fuel filler cap loose, cross-threaded, incorrect part or damaged.Fuel tank or fuel tank sender assembly 'O' ring is leaking.Fuel tank vapor line(s) blocked, damaged or disconnected.PCM has failed.Here are the causes.

Verify that all fuel-related fuses in the fusebox are functional. If so, find the fuel relays in the relay box, and see if they're bad. Most cars have color-coded relays (a different color for different load ratings). If your fuel relay is blue, swap it with another blue one in the relay box and try again. If it then works, you need to replace the relay.

try fuel pump located under back seat, it could be the sending unit, which is part of the fuel pump.
