My first guess would be a leaking head gasket or intake.
If it is a gas engine you should be able to see the coolant deposits on one of the spark plugs.

Don't understand the last sentence. I would clean your air sensors. They may not be reading the air correctly.

Ford f350

EGR cooler is most likely problem... Even if the egr has been deleted the cooler is a known problem area.

1987 nissian maxima The car is getting way to much fuel replaced the egr, fuel pressure reg, spark plugs and wire, check fuel pressure, checked for vac leak

engine miss caused by many things, weak ignition from bad ignition coil, ignition timing off if you have high mileage engine low compression from worn burned valves.could have something minor like stopped up air filter, clogged dirty fuel injectors, through the years i have seen many things cause engine to miss.

I have a 1998 ford escort with a check engine light on and can't get it off

Here is a list of possible causes. Some things you have already done.

EGR solenoid valve harness is open or shorted
- EGR solenoid valve circuit poor electrical connection
- EGR volume control valve stuck closed
- Faulty EGR Pressure sensor
- Faulty EGR temperature sensor and circuit
- Faulty EGR Valve
- EGR passage clogged
- Exhaust gas leaks

Replaced egr valve on 99 firebird still misses

Check for a Vacuum leak on your vacuum lines and replace the Gas Cap. I don't think that is the cause of your miss though. Check your timing and see if it is jumping. If the timing is jumping around then the problem is going to be a Crank or CAM position sensor or a stretched Timing belt for the Misses.

Cannot find egr valve on 2008 f-150 flex 5.4 where is it ?

Your EGR valve is located on the throttle body. Sorry but I don't have a picture of the location in my data base. However, it looks like the following:

[Sorry they won't let me post the photo]

Click on this link for a photo of what the EGR valve looks like. Photo of EGR Valve

If you received a code warning, you might want to consider the following:

The last time this problem occurred I cleaned the throttle body and it was completly clogged in the farthest port from the EGR and almost closed at the closest port to EGR.

All the best

I have changed the egr valve on the acura 96 rl it is driving much better, at first the check engine came on and i notice when i came to a start it would delay when accelerating or if stopped would seem...

Possibly problem with the catalytic converter beginning to clog up and restrict exhaust flow but I don't see how that would directly affect EGR sensor. Well good luck with it

My truck has a steady miss when in driving speed and burns more gas! we have changed plugs and egr valve. still dont know the problem?

Ckeck the plugs leads first, if ok, have a cylinder leakage test down. This will confirm any loss of compression pressure due to burnt or leaking engine valves, or blown head gasket. The EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) valve is an emission control device and does not directly have an effect on performance.

no the code is most likely from a dpfe sensor for you egr system not the egr valve itself.a clogged fuel filter though might cause your low revs
