well.. the output speed sensor is the output side of your transmission speed sensor... these are horrible on merc's... easily replaced... but a pain to get the correct one.. and this sensor could cause almost all the problems you list alone... but with such low miles it may be a warranty item? as it is on your transmission...

P1296 Malfunction in Cooling System
To Properly diagnose this problem, you will need to retrieve freeze frame data from the vehicle. If the temp at the time was -40 then the coolant temp sensor is faulty, if the temp was around 78 C then the problem is the thermostat, and if the temp was high the problem could be the water pump. Freeze frame data required and expanded OBD II scanner to retrieve.
The two things that will set this DTC is a defective Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor or the thermostat. This would cause the symptoms you described to me.
Good luck and Merry Xmass

P0600 is the loss of serial communication link. Generally this is a problem with the wiring in the OBD-II or between the ECU and the connector. Of these is a fault in the ECU. Do you recive any other codes?

Tips for a great answer:
??There are two types of DTC's, 1 trip DTC's and 2
??A 1 trip DTC is for a condition that requires
immediate attention such as a catalyst damaging
??A 2 Trip DTC is one that a condition must be found
during 2 consecutive trips such as an EGR fault.
??Most Monitors do not set a DTC and light the MIL
when a vehicle fails a test for the first time during a
DRIVE CYCLE. If a test is failed on a second
consecutive DRIVE CYCLE the MIL will light and a
DTC is stored in the vehicles powertrain control
