What kind of noise? If it sounds like an exhaust leak. the 3400 motor has an issue with the manifold bolts breaking. Sometimes they get trapped in the cover and rattle. Does the noise get better as the car gets warmer? if so you need to replace some manifold bolts

If inspecter find ECU scanned ECM/PCM failure -what happen to the car

Please be a bit more specific as iam having a job understanding exactly what you mean here ,inspected pro place what is this and as for low engine oil two months whats that got to do with a test and why is the OBDII being connected too as any test involves a gas analyser proble up the exhaust not connecting to the car via the OBDII idle a problem yes as this effects the CO emission reading but a welding mark? so what ,take vehicle to a local mechanic and get them to take the vehicle for the inspection they will know what to do and what is a pass and most likely know the inspectors and go for coffee with them -say no more They cannot fail a vehicle for faults stored in the memory thats for sure in any country ,no use a local mechanic and watch it pass

1999 nissan altima intake maniford gasket replacement

Somewhat involved, and specific to each engine and car. I suggest you buy a repair manual at a parts store (Haynes' manuals are pretty good-$26.00). Or you could go to and register there, giving your car and year and model. They have some free repair procedures, specific to your model, that might help you.

Oxygen sensor for 1999 ford explorer

97 ane 97 have 4. I will assume that yours does too.

Go under Explorer.
Trace exhaust maniford from engine to catalytic converter.... in that path, you will find an O2 sensor (looks like a spark plug right in the exhaust pipe).

Same item on other side.

Now, sad part. You MAY find 2 more O2 sensors just after the converter!!

Autozone can usually do a free diagnostic on your vehicle and tell you which 1 or 2 sensors are bad.

Do i need to remove the manifold in order to remove the starter on my 1995 6 cylinder pathfinder

The exhaust maniford does not need to be remove. The starter will have to come pass the front axle (if 4 wheel drive) and exit below the alternator at the front of the engine. This can be frustrating but it can be done.
