Question about 1997 Ford Explorer AWD

1997 Ford Explorer XLT wouldn't start

My 1997 Ford Explorer XLT wouldn't start, but normally starts on the first attempt. It has a brand new battery, is turning over, but will not start. The first time I had trouble was a few days ago when the temperature dropped to 10 degrees F. It has since warmed up to the 40's, but it still won't start. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

First use a battery charger to charge the battery, instead of a jump start. Second, with a complete dead battery you may want to pull the connection for the horn under the hood till the battery is completely charged.
