Question about 1992 Buick Regal
My car doors wont open from the outside. I'm driving a 1992, 2 door, Buick Regal. I have read other answers on here saying that the rod connecting the handle to the hinge is loose or other things and you need to remove the inside panel to find it and fix the problem, only MY problem is is that it's a 2 door car and both the handles are broken. I can't even get into my car. How can i get inside? I've already tried the trunk, but the seats in this car do not come down. Thank you, Isaiah.
I think you can remove broken handle from outside car. If so open door when the rods are exposed.

let down the window, take a chain with a hook on it ,hook it on to the handle and if your strong enough pull the chain hard and hold it from the inside and once again if your strong enough turn around and give it a bruce lee with boots on. be careful to put a few towels between the chain and the finish you don't want to wear the solution afterward.

Yes there should be a clip and or 2 small screws. sometimes it rusts, but you dont see that very much.

SOURCE: Door handle on my 2000
Either the linkage fell (broke) off, or the handle itself broke. Most handles are only plastic afterall. You can buy new outside handles for fairly cheap ($20 or so). Installing them can be easy or tough depending on the vehicle - soem give you room, some do not. But the job is very straight forward - start by taking off to inside panel. Locate the (should be two) bolts/nuts that hold the handle in place. Take off the lock (held in by retainer clip) and the linkage (metal rod with plastic retainer clip). like I said, pretty straight forward. (make sure the window is all the way up before you start).

SOURCE: I can not get into
If neither door will open with a key it may be time to call a locksmith as their price will be cheaper than replacing a window. Also depending where it's located many law enforcement agencies will unlock it for free. Please rate this answer, thanks.

SOURCE: Trying to remove the door
Are you talking about the door handle hinge? The door handle and hing do not need to be removed to remove the door panel. Remove the door handle bezel and the hole will be big enogh to come straight off with the door panel. See the picture below. This is the only diagram supplied in the service manual. It shows the bezel for the driver's door but it states that the rear door is similar. If you allready have the bezel off, or you are not talking about the door handle hinge, I don't know what you are talking about when you say "hinge thing"
