Is it work replacing a transmission on a 2009 corolla 1.8l automatic with 142k

Did you get it looked at by a professional? If your water pump went out, it could be something else in the cooling system, not the transmission, that is making the noise.
If your car was a Kia or similar brand, I'd say it's not worth it. Because it's a Toyota, you should be able to get it working and drive it for a long time. I think it's worth it.

2009 Toyota corolla want come out of park after replacing water pump

Check fuses, maybe something was shorted when removing the alternator. Did you disconnect the battery first? If fuses are good, see if your brake lights work. If not, it is a bad brake light switch.
