I bought a Haynes workshop manual.
I tried to find a PDF manual on the Internet but failed. If anyone could guide me to a site I would appreciate it. Thanks

Most GM vehicles use rivets to hold the window motor to the regulator assembly. They have to be drilled out to remove motor & re-rivoted or small bolts & nuts can be used to refasten motor to the regulator.

Your best bet is to go through your local dealership. They will have the part you need and it should be the exact one for your car.

you need to remove the door panel and with the window up and wedged so it dont come down on you remove the power connections to it and drill out the rivets and remove the old motor reassemble new motor and either rivet back in or bolts are supplied make sure the bolt faces out so not to interfere with the glass
