Cigarette Lighter socket no power.
Check the fuse first and then check the wire(s) is connected to the socket.

It's under and behind the glovebox.
The black panel has clips like on a gameboy battery compartment, with that removed, you still won't see fuses. There's two skrews near the hinge (on the outside of the glovebox), turn these counterclockwise with your hands. The fusebox will swing down.
The cigar lighter is a blue 15A fuse on the left side closest to the driver's seat.
