Hi, could be many things. First you should determine what type of fluid has leaked. If it is green or orange color and feels like water and slimy, it is most likely coolant. If it it reddish and oily, transmission fluid. If it is brownish to black and oily, probably engine oil. Bluish/purpleish/clear and like water it is windshield wiper solvent.
Second is to look underneath the area of the vehicle and try to determine which component the leak originated from. If you can determine those 2 things, repost the findings for further assistance.
Is it possible that it's the A/C Condenser water dripping?
That is the only clear fluid I can think of in the min i.
rub some between your fingers and smell it... post your findings here and I can tell you more.. what does it feel like? Slippery, gritty etc. What does it smell like? Sweet, oily etc.
The "Red" is transmission fluid, the "Clear" is most likely power steering fluid, or it could be "refrigerent oil" from the A/C. I don't know what could be leaking in the rear of the car maybe oil from one of the rear struts or maybe brake fluid. Do the brakes seem to work OK yet? If so it's probably not brake fluid. It could be condensation coming out of the muffler, there a weap hole in the muffler to allow excess water to run out. It might be picking up some color from the muffler. The transmission and the power steering are the biggest concerns you don't want to let the fluid level get low on either of those. If the transmission is leaking on the right side it's most likely the axel seal or maybe the pan gasket. Neither of these should be an expensive fix. But, you should get it to a shop and have it checked out. Try to find an independent shop instead of the dealer the independents are usually cheaper and do just as good of work. Get an estimate!!
Possibly condensation from air conditioner.(This is nothing to worry about) If it's clear and definately has the consistency of water it's just condensation. But if it is oily or thick then it could be either power sterring fluid or brake fluid.(if it was either you'd have steering noise or braking problems also.
