No.The catalytic converter will set a po420 code.But your o2 sensors will set these codes.What you can do is swap the o2 sensors from side to side.This would be the right side to left side and see if it changes to bank 1.Bank 1 is front left and bank 2 is front right for o2 sensors.If it does replace the o2 sensor that is causing the problem.Good luck.
