Consult owners manual for vehicle..typically they are..under dashboard..outer ends of dashboard on the side and also another one under the hood.

Confirm your ac settings to cold. If you still get hot or warm air while cold ac is on, go and look under the hood and try to feel the low side pipe if it is cold or moist. If not, then look carefully if the ac compressor clutch is engaging or not.

Hi , the ultima has a internal fuel pump. it is possible that the pump filter has been blocked. otherwise it can be a loose connection on the management system. first bet would be to check the electrical under the hood especially anything connected to the fuel system, the turn could cause the connection to fail.

Try the trunk. Not sure about the Altima, but many are in the trunk.

does the sylvania bulb have the same amount of filiments inside. as the phillips brand.

Check Fuses!!!!!!!! that's what it most likely is.
