SOURCE: Low Beams Stay On

Also, the daytime driving lights are controlled by relay. It's possible the relay may have melted down inside and is shorted, remaining on even when primary ignition power is off. The relay runs about $15.00 to $20.00 USD and might be worth a shot to replace. Likely you can get one at a recycling yard for a dollar or two.

SOURCE: how do i remove the low beam bulb 2005 chevy cobalt

Under neath the bonnet look for the back of the front lights, there should be a round circle holder which you twist to the right or left and the whole light holder should pop out. Change the bulb and repeat the process you did before except to put back in the light holder and twist to tighten..

Low beam and brake light out on drivers side of 2007 Chevy Cobalt?

As far as low beam, did you check the bulb?
You have left and right low beam fuses, underhood fuse block. Not only check the fuse, check the fuse circuit for voltage.

I have no low beams on my 2007 chevy trailblazer

If the bulbs are good, it could be the dimmer switch portion of the multi-function switch, or the body computer. There is a 15amp fuse that powers the low beam relay in the fuse and relay box in the engine compartment. The body computer gets a signal from the dimmer switch and activates the low or high beam relay.
You may need a book with wiring diagrams to test the circuits.

Where is the low beam relay located in the dodge caliber

There is no "low beam relay" in a 2007 Dodge Caliber. The headlamps (Hi and Low beams) are controlled by the Totally Integrated Power Module in the engine compartment.
