Question about 2002 Chrysler Town & Country
Transaxle has two speed sensors input speed sensor located behind transaxle cooler lines the output sensor located far right transmission case driver side.

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

The input and output speed sensors look identical on the connector side. The one over the solenoid pack is the input, the one closer to the left frame rail or left front wheel is the output sensor. I hope this helps.
