That symbol is the low tire pressure light. You have a tire that is right at the minimum threshold. The light goes off as the tire temperature rises, and, as the temp rises, the internal air pressure also rises slightly. Just check the tires with a good pressure gauge, inflate them to the specs printed on the tag inside your driver's side door, and you will be just fine.
Thanks for choosing FixYa for assistance.
A FixYa rating (4 blue diamonds) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

SOURCE: Dashboard warning lights.
The warning light that looks like a pot or kettle with arrows is the "Low tire pressure warning light*" I found the answer on the Toyota web site by registering, logging in, entering my model and searching the owners manuals for warning lights.

You may have either a slow leak in one or both rear tires and or a bad tire warning sensor, either way you need to bring it to a reputable tire shop and have them check it out before any further possible damage occurs.

May not be any fuse and if it was other things would not work either. It is most likely the sitch that controls the running and dash board lights.
