you can reset the system by turning key to on position for 5-10 mins and then try starting it but its probably a short or grounding prob try the engine to chassis ground

Do you have a key with a resister in it? If you do then all you have to do is measure the resistance of the key and jump the wiring with the same resistance

The antitheft sensor in the ignition switch has failed and is sending a default code to the computer, telling the computer or "ECM" that the car is being stolen or tampered with. Have the ECM and ignition switch tested for proper communication. That should take care of your problem. Hope this helps, good luck!
