No heat at all coming out of the heater!!

these trucks are famous for plugged heatercores, what you do is,remove both hoses to heatercore at firewall, mark there location, next cut two peices of heater hose, about 12 inches long, slide on the heatercore where the hoses where, then use a water hose and flush in both directions a few times, then you should have heat, also if its been a while i would also have the cooling system flushed out, hope this helps. good luck.

Heater on my 05 Grand Caravan blows cold air when below 30 degrees - above 30 works fine. Heat gauge shows normal so it shouldn't be thermostat. Checked coolant and it is fine.

just because the gauge seems normal doesnt mean the thermostat is good, its 5 years old,and may be opening to soon, i would start by having the t-stat replaced and while thats being done have the cooling system flushed including a flush off the heatercore. i ve worked on a couple of these vans with heating problems, most were low on coolant due to a slow waterpup leak, the others with half plugged heatercores, due to the lack of coolant flushes. hope this helps.

1997 ford expedition has no heat. blower works replaced thermostat. now what

Under the middle of the dash is a part called a blend door actuator it is located between the floor board and the heater housing. It control the door that opens and closes allowing heat to exchange. These go out all the time.

Heat does not work

you can find the coolent lines into the heater through the fire wall disconect them and put pressure through the core to see if its clogged other than that possably a coolent flush cause stuff builds up in the antifreeze and clogs the lines. your heater uses the heat from the engine coolent to heat the air in the heatercore so naturally if you got bad coolent you got heating problems too
