You would need to test the parking light fuse for power.

the relays are in the fuse box.  Check the grounds.

Headlights won't come on


With the headlight switch pull to the on position (parking lights working - headlights won't come on), can you flash the lights to high beam. If so, you have a bad switch in the stearing columb. I had that problem on a 94 Ram 1500.

Parking lights on a 91 chevy 1/2 ton pick up truck


I had the opposite problem on a 92 and 94 chevy trucks.I had park lights but no headlights and both were solved with switch itself.
