Question about Cars & Trucks
I'm trying to change my shift knob on my automatic 2001 Saturn Sc2. I can't figure out how to get the factory one off. I think there's one of the U shaped clips in a little **** on it, but I dug around in it with a small screwdriver and can't seem to get anywhere... Any help?
I GOT A 01 SATURN SC2 AND YES THERES SOME TYPE OF A CLIP OR SOMTHING HOLDING IT ON

if you have high resistance in secondary ign. system (plug wires, ign.coil) this will cause this code to set. make sure you are using a high quality spark plug wire set. not from autozone!!! and denso non platinum tipped spark plugs. also use a diaelectric grease on plug wires to keep moisture out.

well if it shifts very hard into every gear that means the pressure control solenoid in the trans went bad and it causing the trans to go to max line pressure thats why it shifts so hard,,,it does that so you can still drive it even thou it broken, anyhow the PC solenoid is under the trans pan which is on the TOP of the trans under the battery,,,,not too hard a job to do, the parts are about $100 labor might be about $200,,,easy fix,,could be alot more,,,and if you dont fix it ,it will break other stuff in the trans and cost alot more,,,
