SOURCE: removal of front bumper
The bumper is secured using four 13mm nuts.
a) Open the bonnet and look for one 13mm nut on the lower inside of each headlight.
b) Remove the towing eye covers on the lower section of the bumper and you will find one 13mm nut in each.
Hope this helps.

If you open the hood and look behind the bumper you will see two bolts on each side(verticaly) almost under the headlight. The have a 18mm head on them. You must remove all four. then under the truck on both side there is two more on each side 18mm as well. They bolt for the bumper into the frame. If you get in front of the tire and look behind the bumper you should see the bolts going into the frame horizontally once you remove them there might be a few staples on the bottom to pull out and disconnect the fog light if it has them. Then the bumper should come right off. Good luck 4 thumb up is appreciated if this helps you
