My 2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7 don't throw me heat only cold air

There is something called a blend door in the heater box. This door is what moves to change from cold air to warm air. The part is 86 dollars online. http://www.factorychryslerparts.com/products/JEEP/LIBERTY/ACTUATOR-Blend-Door-AC-and-Heater/4341513/05066519AA.html

I have a Jeep Liberty and the heater only blows like warm air. I have replaced the thermostat and flushed the heater core and still no change. What could be wrong?

Blend door may be sticking thus mixing too much cold air with the hot. Bad blend door actuator, vacuum leak or blend door seal is bad.

Air Condtioner Partially Working Jeep Liberty 2010

Usually a sign of a stuck blend door under the dash.
Could be a faulty blend door actuator, or the main controller.
You may need a shop manual to make the repairs since this is generally beyond the abilities of a DIY repair book.

Heater blowing cold air

If the heater hoses are hot, it may be a problem with a blend door under the dash. The blend doors direct air thru the heater core and thru the vents.

The blend door actuator will not be the problem, the blend door will be stuck or broken, common problem.

Air blend door jeep liberty 2010

My blend air door is stuck on my 2010 liberty. I have removed the actuator panel on the drivers side and the middle door that controls the air flow to the dash is completely seized. There are 4 blend air doors on this liberty, 2 control the heat/ac and 2 control the air flow.
there is no access to them from the drivers side and the passanger side looks like I have to cut into the air box to get to them.

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited, 3.7 L motor. The heater will not blow hot air. The A/C and fan work well. When I turn the temperature dial to hot, there is only cold air coming out. Can you assist me?

Jeeps are notorious for having broken temperature control (Blend Air) doors. A malfunctioning Blend Air Door actuator probably caused it to break. The dash will have to be removed to replacethe door and the door actuator.
