Can't start car do to late on payment

Make your payment!

The rest of this answer is purely hypothetical and is in no way to be construed as a way to bypass the device, nor should it be attempted. Just thinking out loud:

Once your payment has been made and you get your car running again, I guess you could make a Faraday cage by wrapping the box and it's antenna in aluminum foil and grounding out the foil to the car's chassis. That way, it can't be shut off if you are running a little late on making that payment.

Barring that, there has to be a relay in it that cuts power to the engine. If I were playing around, I'd trace out the two wires that go into the box from the engine's start circuit and splice them together.

Again, purely hypothetically speaking...

When car gets to normal operating temp it shuts down will not restart until cools off

Not necessarily. There was a re-call on the cooling system a few years ago. Check with your mechanic about that. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IS IT NORMAL FOR THE FAN TO RUNN AFTER THE CAR SHUTS OFF 1997 TAURUS

Yes It can be. If you live in a warm climate and drive a lot the coolant can get quite warm and the thermstat will keep the fan running till the set level is attained. BTW you should check the fluid level to assure it's full enough also.
hope this helps.

The lock lever on the interior doors will not move when the door locks automatically lock. I can hear the locks latch but when I stop to get out the driver door will open as if it was never locked

common problem, your car obviously doesn't love you anymore. it wants to be stolen, you have to face the facts, move on, or sell it before it sells you out, out of luck, down a car, depression hits, then you go to drugs, you're still making a car payment so you can't get a new one until it gets paid off, you go to car rental shops or borrow from friends, just to get that thrill back, but everythings changed and there's no way out. you just miss it so much, all the good times, all the girls you've fucked in that car, but it's tired of your *********, and you need to win that car back by making it your *****, if a cars your *****, you fix things before they break, you drive it hard, ram those pistons and bend those coils, you yell, a lot, but ultimately, when the nights over, you take care of your *****, because it's your *****, and no one can ever mess you two up again. I'm looking out for you! so get your **** in line,

I have a 2008 328i BMW - yesterday I started the car reached across to open the glove box and the car totally shut down I can't even get my key out, I'm not sure if I hit a button near the glove box or...

Thats the trunk monkey shut off. Normally when the car is running, the seat sensors learn your weight and the car runs. When the car is running and the weight shifts like no one is in the car, the car shuts down. You aren't supposed to move that much out of the seat once the car has started. Do all you business before the car starts and pay attention to driving. This is a safety mechanism that only BMW has.

Trip to the dealer will solve. Must be towed.

coolant is what makes the car keep cool. it wouldnt keep it from running. sounds like a gas problem. check the fuel pressure and check all the fuel compartments. take it to a mechanic.. not Saab. they will do it for cheap maybe nothing.

A/c problem

I never suggest taking it to dealerships(I'm a mechanic and trust me I know how much they charge just to lift the hood) there could be several resaons for this problem. however the most expedient way is to take it to a small shop. this is a a/c problem and you need guages to check pressure with in the system. the light could be flashing because your system is under pressure. it could also be because your climate control module detected a fault within the system and shut the a/c down. it could be that the a/c clutch relay is weak or bad and shut the compressor down. start with the relay, it is located inside the junction box under the hood. with the vehicle running and the a/c switch on max take the relay(your owners manual will tell which one) and switch it with the blower motor relay for your heat. if the a/c clutch kicks in this means the relay was bad. if there was no change you will have to take it to a shop because it will have to do with wether your system is under charged or there could be a blockage in the system or it could be a more severe electrical problem. my siggestion is if you have to take it to a shop make sure you ask lots of questions and have someone with you(this keeps them from being over zealous and preying on you because you are a woman. if they don't answer your questions with detail take it somewhere else.. good luck and please rate this......thanks
