Hi, an intermittent blower can be caused by either the switch or the motor itself. To find which it is, try messing with the switch to see if it will misbehave. If not, then the next time it doesn't work, try hitting the motor. Unfortunately your blower is behind the glove box, but maybe you can just pull the glove box past its stops and reach back to hit the motor with your fist. It hitting it makes it start, the motor has a dead spot on the commutator and should be replaced. Please let me know if you have any questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

The blower motor might be bad, turn it on,high blower, and bump the blower motor body with the palm of your hand,if it starts to run,or tries to run, then replace the blower motor.

sounds like if you can wiggle the switch and it comes on then you need to replace the switch and I would try to find one in the junk yard first. They are usualy simple to replace as well . just google all info you can on diagrams. or get the dealer to give you a print out.

most likely blower motor, or poss connection to motor. however, these vehicles are common for blower resistors as well and would not be a bad idea to replace at all.. i dont think they are that much $$.
