I have a 2000 ford expidition. the truck will reach 45mph and the rpms will shoot past 4 and rev loud and hard, but won't go past 50mph. what can i do about that?

A possible solution, Sounds like you may have a clogged cataletic converter or converters have convertors checked at muffler shop and replace if clogged

Im experiencing high rpm while driving. At 50mph im at 3000 rpm and my fuel economy is tanking. what's the problem?

The transmission torque converter is not in
lock-up, as the rpm is too high

Should be about 2,800 tops at 65mph

FLUTTERING SOUND ACCELERATING OVER 50MPH

That is a common problem when the BAFFLES in the muffler let go. They start "baffling" around inside the muffler. ck that first.

I have a pw50 it starts fine and runs fine but doesn't seem like it has any power it barely pulls itself when I run my nitro fuel from my rc car through it it does a lot better but still not very good...

Its probably getting too much or too little fuel or air. if the intake filter and passage are clean, then you might wanna get a kit to rebuild the carb. There's a little jet that allows a certain amount of fuel in and the arm that holds it can bend over time making lack accel during rev. when you pull it apart it looks kind of like a mini metal pencil generally with a rubber tip. you need to the kit to fix it, but sometimes old gasket will come apart.

Po 480b cooling fan relay 1 control circuit what exactly does that mean?

Lets take a look at the relay first. This is a device that takes a small amount of voltage (computer signal), and passes it off (through a magnetically induced switch) to a higher voltage- like a relay race.
The circuit would consist of a power source (battery), wiring, a switching device (sensor and computer), relay, fan, and ground. According to the trouble code, the indication is that something along this circuit is defective or malfunctioning.
For a do-it-yourself diagnosis, first you wanna check the fan to see if it can free spin. This will confirm that it isn't siezed. Next you wanna start the vehicle, and let the temp gauge go to halfway. The fan should activate. If it doesn't, turn on the a/c. If this cuts the fan on, then the relay is working. If it doesn't suspect a faulty fan relay. In the event that the a/c does cut the fan on, then suspect a faulty coolant temp/fan switch.
