this could just be the result of it having had an alignment while it had the old parts on it. re-centering the steering wheel is a standard step each time the alignment is done. in fact, it is done early in the procedure so that all wheel adjustments are made after the wheel is affixed to center

there are two bolts that connect your inner tie rod to the rack loosen both bolts but only take one out move tie rod down and pop out bushing then replace the new one.Replace bolt and do the same for the other side and then tighten bolts it could be a tight place but very easy job to do

Hi, usually steeing wheels don't come loose. The steering colomn is probably just worn out an needs replaced. If it is just loose you need to unhook the battery and pull out the screws on the back of the steering wheel that will let yu remove the airbag and once that is out of the way you can see the nut in the center of the steering wheel and just tighten it back up and put everything back together.
Actually tilt wheels can come loose, do the same as above but instead of tightening the center nut undo it then with a steering wheel puller, take wheel off, take out signal switch, now the tricky part theres 3 torx screws which attach the top half of the column to the tilt knockel. Can only tighten 1 or 2 sometimes but it works.
