SOURCE: i need a wiring diagram
I don't have the wiring diagram, but here is how it is wired, the large red lead bolts to the insulated stud on the back of the alternator, the other 2 smaller wires are to the "D" connector, go to a good parts store like NAPA or CAR QUEST and ask for a repair connector for your alternator, it will be a stub connector with 2 wires in it, just splice it to the old wires and plug it in, one wire is bigger than the other so it's hard to screw that up. Any further questions just post a new message. Go to it and lets drive!

Another good web site, but you have to pay for your vehicle subscription, is WWW.alldata.com.
The cost is around $30 and subscription lasts for a year. You will have much more information on that site.
good luck.

I suggest checking out the autozone.com website and register the vehicle. It doesn't cost anything and will give you access to an online repair manual. The steps for replacing the alternator should be available there. Hope this helped and best wishes.
