You may have damaged the suspension and or the wheel rim, i would suggest having the vehicle checked out before relying to much on it in hostile weather.

Front tire on passenger side shakes when i hit a bump at 20mph or higher.

perhaps a leaked out shock absorber....you might see an oily film on the lower half of the shock.....simplest place to start. If not that, then the front end should be checked for worn or broken component

1997 Plymoth Grand Voyager, Excessive outer tire wear

He must of hit a curb or pothole, The vehicle needs a 4 wheel alignment, Chances are pretty good theres visable major damage. Also check the lower ball joints, there was a lubrication issue as the zerk fittings don't accept or hold grease.

Check the wheel bearing free play by rocking the wheel side to side by hand . If you feel any knocking then they need to be adjusted. Also check the panhard rod bushes , this is the rod connecting the front axle to the chasis.Have the wheel alignment checked if these are o.k.
