Question about 2004 Mazda 3

Heater making angry noise!

Lately, nearly every time I turn on my heater just after starting my 2004 Mazda 3, the heater will start making this god-awful noise. I don't really know how to describe this noise, other than it is loud and angry sounding. It's almost like a loud- but muffled grinding noise maybe.
Anyway, it started happening when the weather got colder and it started freezing and snowing. Shortly after this noise came about, my battery died.

PLZ HELP! :(

My car is not heating properly lately. It blows warm and then completely cold while I'm driving it. I put coolant in just now and it blew very warm for about 5 min. then it turned to cold completely.

if your engine has a leak in the coolant system as long you keep it full heater will work, if there is no leak in coolant system and your heater blows warm and then you start driving and then starts to blowing cold you have a clogged heater core..

I have a 1994 Chevy Silverado and every time I turn on the ignition, the knocking noise begins from under the dash somewhere. If I remove the fuse to the a/c/heater it doesn't make a sound when I

Try starting the truck so it makes the noise.
Then switch the air control to "fresh".
If noise stops, it is probably the motor that closes flap to recycle the cab air.
It would be found under the dash, under the glove box, & would need to be replaced.

If a radiator leaks you buy a new one, common sense

The Stop Leak probably clogged your hearter core
Now you can remove that & try to clean it out or replace
it also

2004 chrysler 300M when I first start it up it has a ticking noise then it goes away what is it.

I have a 2004 Chrysler 300M that makes the ticking noise when first started . . . if you turn the heater control to completely off the noise stops . . .leave it off for about 3 to 5 minutes and then turn it on and it will be gone. . . my chrysler dealer repair service manager can't understand it and didn't believe me when I told him. They tried to tell me it was my motor mounts. My 18 year old daughter figured it out. go figure!!!

A/C is cold but hardly blowing

The blower motor is either bad or there is a rodent nest in the basket. Remove the blower from the heater box and inspect. If there is not a nest in basket then the blower will need to be replaced.

1992 mazda mx3 is overheating. checked thermostat seems to be working. Noticed that the heater started acting up a few days before it overheated......Heater works randomly, seems like you start the car...

Check your coolant. If the coolant is low, you won't get heat in the cabin. Make sure that the fan is turning on as well. Check coolant sensors also. Good luck!

2003 blazer started making noise

If it's the black box that is on the left rear corner of the engine bay. That noise could be your electric fan to your blower for the AC and Heater. try turning off the fan and heater off and see if the noise goes away. Good luck.

2004 Cadillac Escalade knocking noise

Make sure oil level is adequate.

Also, this could be an exhaust leak that is being closed as the manifold and/or block heats up.
